Question 1

What is the Trial Bathroom Cleaning?

Accepted Answer

A one-time professional clean of your bathroom covering routine cleaning of reachable surfaces, the sink, toilet, shower area and floor. It's the easiest way to experience TezHelp before setting up recurring care.

How long does a trial cleaning take?

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Current pricing is shown live in the booking flow for each bathroom count, before you confirm. The full amount is paid online as an advance at the time of booking — UPI, cards and netbanking via Razorpay.

Question 4

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can request a cancellation or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled slot, from your booking page. Inside 4 hours, please contact our support team.

Which areas does TezHelp serve?

Accepted Answer

We currently serve Gurugram. The booking calendar only shows slots that are genuinely available for your date, based on our schedule and professional capacity.

Question 6

What does the cleaning include — and what doesn't it?

Accepted Answer

Included: routine cleaning of reachable surfaces, sink and fittings, toilet sanitisation, shower area wipe-down and floor cleaning. Not included: deep restoration, severe hard-water treatment, plumbing repairs, mold remediation or dismantling fixtures — those are separately scoped services.
