Booking details are shared with the assigned service professional only to the extent needed to complete your visit. We do not sell your information, and booking records are never public — your booking page is accessible only through a private link.

Access and removal

Access to booking and customer data is restricted to authorised TezHelp team members. To update or remove your details, contact us using the email listed in the footer of this website once available.

Analytics

We record anonymised usage events (such as page views and button clicks) to improve the website. These events do not include your name, phone number or address.

Data retention
